About The Position

A leading healthcare solutions company is seeking a passionate, strategic, and entrepreneurial professional to join its team in an M&A and Strategy capacity. This role is highly visible and will play a critical part in supporting high-impact strategic initiatives, deal analysis, and market intelligence. The position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modelling, and a solid understanding of the healthcare sector. The role will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO’s office, to evaluate new business opportunities, conduct secondary market research, and assess the cost-benefit dynamics of strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape business strategy and drive impactful decisions at the highest level of the organization. This position requires relocation to Dallas, TX.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including payer-provider relationships, regulatory environment, and emerging trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; experience working directly with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Deal Analysis & Financial Modelling Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
• Assess risks, returns, and financial impact to support executive decision-making.
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights on emerging healthcare solutions, regulatory changes, and business opportunities.
• Strategic Cost-Benefit Analysis Evaluate the financial and operational impact of key strategic initiatives.
• Support leadership in optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
• Executive Support & Strategic Planning Partner with senior executives to develop business cases and presentations for board and investor meetings.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy and growth initiatives.
