Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of financial modeling experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience in acquisition due diligence and ability to analyze complex financial and operational issues.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and manage complex operating models.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts, providing onboarding, career development, and feedback.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of financial models for M&A targets, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct and manage due diligence activities, analyzing financial, operational, and market data to support acquisition decisions.
  • Develop flexible operating models to allow scenario planning and rapid response to changing business needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, comprehensive analysis, and effective decision-making.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages accountability, constructive debate, and shared success.
