The AVP, Loan Administration Manager directly oversees all Loan Administrators and is responsible for the oversight of all loan administrative duties, which provide support to the production teams through loan documentation, booking and servicing. This role maintains a keen awareness in compliance with established policies and procedures which are consistent with our Client Service Standards.

  • A bachelor’s degree from a college or University and 7-10 years of experience in banking (Loan Administration, Loan Documentation, and Loan Servicing) with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Nice To Haves

  • An ideal candidate will also have 7-10 years of experience using Fiserv and LaserPro; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA): Leads, manages, and holds Loan Administrators accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments and demonstrating a One Team mentality. Demonstrates a relentless obsession with values, alignment, customer service, focus, simplicity and clarity. Maintains a strong leadership presence, motivating staff and building commitment to the bank’s priorities and direction. Works in collaboration with the SVP Loan Operations/Administration Manager to identify staffing and related budget to meet business needs.
  • Staff Development: Serves as an expert resource for Loan Administrators. Supports the development of loan administration team by encouraging direct contact with bank’s core processing vendors (LaserPro and Fiserv Navigator) as related to loan administration, problem resolution, loan processing, payment processing, etc. Identifies opportunities for new products and collaborates with SVP Loan Operations/Administration Manager to create and implement new products.
  • Policies and Procedures: Works in collaboration with Loan Administration and Operations Managers and other Bank employees to create, evaluate, manage, improve, and document the Bank’s loan related policies, processes, and procedures to maximize efficiency and maintain client service.
  • Collaboration: Partners with various departments and leaders throughout the Bank to ensure consistent processes and procedures are developed and implemented across all effected departments. Works collaboratively across teams to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and procedures as it pertains to bank-wide and department-wide initiatives.
