Position Summary: The AVP of Human Resources serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. This role leads a team of HR professionals and partners closely with executives to shape workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. Reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This proactive leader will serve as a data-driven thought partner, accelerating problem-solving and driving business outcomes through human capital strategies. Partnering with the leadership teams, the AVP HR will provide strategic guidance to advance critical work in people strategy, culture and engagement, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, human capital metrics, and succession management.
