The AVP of Employee Engagement and Communications is responsible for designing and executing strategies that strengthen employee engagement and enhance understanding of the company programs, policies, and culture. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, Chief People Officer, HR Leadership and cross functional teams to deliver clear, consistent and impactful communications aligned with company values and business priorities. This role oversees key engagement functions, providing strategic guidance for Employee Resource Groups, the company Café, and other engagement initiatives. This position also leads a team responsible for employee programs and events, community service activities, wellness initiatives, and various HR activities that support a positive and connected employee experience across the organization. The salary range for this position will be 100k-120k
