About The Position

The Associate Vice President, HR Operations & Technology is a senior global leadership role responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR operations and technology across the organization. Reporting to the CHRO, you will own the infrastructure that powers our people function — from HRIS platforms and HR data integrity to compensation administration, immigration, compliance, and benefits — while driving an ambitious agenda to embed AI into how we work. This is a high-impact role for a leader who combines operational rigor with a forward-looking technology vision, and who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR Operations or HR Technology leadership role in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading HR shared services or HR operations functions at scale.
  • Deep HRIS expertise — hands-on experience administering and optimizing enterprise platforms (Workday strongly preferred; familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow HR, or equivalent a plus ).
  • Proven track record implementing technology solutions and/ or scaling AI and automation solutions within an HR function.
  • Experience managing global compensation and benefits programs, immigration, and leave administration.
  • Background in a technology , AI, or high-growth environment strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline — equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves.
  • Strong data orientation; able to translate HR analytics into business insights and decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; a trusted partner to Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
  • Clear, compelling communicator with executive presence.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving structure in a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a global HR Operations function delivering consistent, high-quality HR services across all regions.
  • Own HR administration, personnel records, employee lifecycle transactions, and data management with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Oversee the global LOA administration program, ensuring compliant and compassionate management of all leave types (medical, parental, statutory, etc.).
  • Design and optimize scalable shared services models and standard operating procedures that reduce friction and improve the employee experience.
  • Ensure HR operations are audit-ready and compliant with applicable labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal policies across all operating regions.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to manage HR-related regulatory filings and reporting obligations.
  • Own the global HR technology stack, including HRIS administration, system configuration, vendor management, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new HR technologies — with a particular emphasis on AI-powered tools and automation to modernize HR service delivery.
  • Partner with IT and key stakeholders to ensure systems integration, data security, and a seamless digital employee experience.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology to eliminate manual work and unlock capacity across the HR team.
  • Build and mature a global HR analytics capability, delivering actionable workforce insights to senior leaders and the Board.
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure HR data integrity across all platforms.
  • Develop and own key HR metrics, dashboards, and compliance reporting for global operations.
  • Partner with the company Leadership develop and evolve Centific’s global compensation and benefits strategy, design, and administration, ensuring competitive, equitable , and compliant programs.
  • Manage Total Rewards talent to support annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and job architecture.
  • Manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors across regions.
  • Own the company’s global immigration program, managing case workflows, vendor relationships, and employee experience for all visa and work authorization matters.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific immigration regulations and proactively manage risk.
