The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is seeking an accomplished Head of Talent and Learning to lead our talent management, talent acquisition, and learning & development functions. This strategic leadership role is a member of the HR leadership team and is instrumental in building organizational capability, strengthening talent pipelines, and advancing a high-performance culture that supports our mission-critical work. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, this leader will oversee a team of 10 professionals, including 3 direct reports, and will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated talent strategy aligned to the Bank's strategic priorities and in collaboration with Federal Reserve System peers.
