The Associate Vice - President, Corporate Development will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, finance, strategy, legal, and external advisors to evaluate opportunities, lead transaction execution, and support post-transaction integration efforts. This role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Associate Vice Presidents (AVP) at TD Bank Financial Group are strategic, responsible and accountable members of the Bank’s leadership team. Collectively, these roles contribute significantly to the overall reputation of TD as an excellent investment, a highly customer focused organization, a top employer and an exemplary corporate citizen.
