Website www.flatirons.bank Contact [email protected] ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The AVP, Commercial Portfolio Manager (“PM”) serves as a primary credit partner to Relationship Managers and plays a key role in the execution and ongoing management of the Bank’s commercial lending relationships. This role is responsible for leading the underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management of commercial credit opportunities, from initial evaluation through approval and ongoing monitoring. The Portfolio Manager works closely with Relationship Managers to deliver responsive, well-structured credit solutions while maintaining strong asset quality and alignment with the Bank’s risk appetite. This position requires a balance of strong analytical capability, sound credit judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients.
