About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically rigorous banking professional with a foundational understanding of commercial banking, credit, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and is interested in developing into a well-rounded banker capable of advising clients across a broad range of banking solutions. This individual possesses a strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit fundamentals, and commercial banking products, while also demonstrating the ability to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and collaborate across multiple business lines. They are intellectually curious, proactive, and committed to developing a comprehensive understanding of how the bank delivers value to clients. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work closely with partners across Commercial Banking, Credit, Treasury & Payment Solutions, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and other specialized areas to support client growth, deepen relationships, and identify opportunities across the bank's platform.

Requirements

Strong understanding of commercial banking, corporate finance, and credit fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, assess company performance, and evaluate financing opportunities.
Interest in developing expertise across relationship management, business development, credit, treasury management, and strategic client advisory.
Ability to identify opportunities to expand client relationships and connect clients with the broader capabilities of the bank.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with clients, prospects, and internal partners.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Naturally curious with a desire to continuously expand technical, industry, and banking knowledge.

3–7 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, or a related financial services discipline.
Experience supporting credit underwriting, financial analysis, transaction execution, client relationship management, or business development activities.
Working knowledge of commercial lending, treasury management, and banking solutions for commercial clients.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with and learn from professionals across Commercial Banking, Credit & Underwriting, Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS), Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Private Banking.
Gain experience in Credit Analysis and Underwriting, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Modeling, Deal Structuring, Business Development and Relationship Expansion, Treasury & Payment Solutions, Capital Markets and Investment Banking, Opportunity Identification, Client Presentations and Executive Communication, and Strategic Client Advisory.
Develop a comprehensive skill set that combines analytical rigor, client relationship management, business development, and strategic advisory capabilities.
