Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in Retail Banking as a Market (Branch) Manager
- Strong experience in developing outstanding customer service and relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Assume the lead responsibility for the operational integrity of an independent full-service branch
- Manage the daily activities of the staff according to established policies and procedures
- Supervise and control the workflow of the office
- Conduct business development activities to increase the customer base
- Provide leadership to staff in order to motivate them to perform at a high level
- Ensure that customers are provided high quality and prompt professional service
