Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services (sales, lending, operations)
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong expertise in consumer and real estate lending
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive performance
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

• Experience growing community partnerships
• MLO certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team: Hire, coach, and develop employees to achieve sales and service excellence. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development.
• Drive Sales & Business Growth: Achieve branch sales, lending, and service goals. Coach your team on consultative sales and relationship building. Build partnerships within the local community to grow your branch presence.
• Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience: Create a welcoming, service-focused branch environment. Ensure every interaction reflects Mission Fed’s commitment to care and trust. Identify member needs and connect them with the right solutions.
• Oversee Branch Operations: Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage staffing, scheduling, and branch budget. Oversee consumer and real estate lending activities.
