Operates and maintains audio, video and lighting systems. Supports internal and external events across multiple departments by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment for events, conferences, and performances. Communicates with clients and performers regarding AVL needs. Manages AVL equipment inventory. Assists with a variety of production related preparation, planning, and facilitation at all Four Winds properties. Generates technical documentation such as stage plots, signal flow plans, lighting plots, and others as needed. Assists with event setup and tear-down at the direction of Entertainment Manager or Lead. Possesses working knowledge of digital signal flow, video projection systems, video switching and camera operation, audio systems and consoles and stage lighting systems and consoles. Possesses working knowledge of AMX, Dante, Q-Sys, and other systems, controllers, and equipment commonly used by the department. Promotes an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests, encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees, instills an atmosphere that encourages employees to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts, retains employees through personal involvement in training and development, and explains why things are done in advance of doing them.
