As the Avionics Manager, you will lead the effort for supporting and maintaining the aircraft fleet at 18 CONUS/OCONUS locations. Primary focus will be on avionics subsystems, and associated support equipment. CLS Avionics Manager responsibilities include oversight of all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and direction of maintenance personnel. Additionally the Avionics Manager will support maintenance material control, such as system software, and special tools/equipment. Ancillary responsibilities will include oversight of major and minor inspections, launch and recovery of the aircraft, supply of all Contractor owned spares and support equipment through a Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP); repair and overhaul of all repairable spares at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair stations; maintenance and repair of all support equipment.
