  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA workmanship certification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in Aerospace, Avionics, LEO satellite assembly, avionics bay integration, or flight hardware installations is desired.
  • Hands-on experience with bonded connectors, backshell assembly, EMI shielding, and bracket installations.
  • Understanding of configuration control and traceability in space-grade production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Use tools such as torque drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, heat guns, and harness forming boards.
  • Perform point-to-point continuity checks and support in-process quality inspections.
  • Maintain cleanroom protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls during assembly operations.
  • Document work performed and report any non-conformances (NCRs) to engineering and quality teams.
