About The Position
The AVID Peer Tutor position is for the 2026-2027 School Year. Requirements
- Must attach a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must attach a most current college transcript with current course information.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Must attach a copy of High School Diploma/Transcripts or GED.
- Must attach a copy of College Transcripts with current courses listed (unofficial transcripts accepted).
Nice To Haves
- Preferred applicants will be enrolled in a 4-year college program or a 2-year community college program verified by attached college transcripts.
- Experience as a former AVID student is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support students within the AVID program.
- Provide tutoring on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Benefits
