Ranked 11 on the ENR’s list of Top Airport Firms, Garver understands the complexities of airport systems held together by runways, roadways, facilities, and electrical systems that need to work in tandem to accommodate daily needs for travel and transport. As part of Garver’s commitment to continued innovation in airport design, our Aviation Site Team is dedicated to providing the expertise and leadership to assist our clients in meeting both current and future needs nationally on large landside aviation projects. The Aviation Site Civil Project Manager will primarily be responsible for leading designing and managing airport land development projects. The Aviation Site Civil Project Manager must be able to work as a member of a multi-disciplined team, work with diverse clients, and produce complete design phase deliverables, including drawings, specifications, cost estimates, exhibits, technical reports, and narratives. Tasks associated with creating a set of construction documents include drafting, quantity computations, specifications, and cost estimates. Design development software packages will be used, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil design packages.
