About The Position

The Plans & Scheduling Supervisor (Regional) is responsible for implementing maintenance forecasts and managing project plans aircraft modification, aircraft inspections, and other projects to sustain mission requirements at regional operating sites and maintenance facilities. Essential Responsibilities: Forecasting and preparation for scheduled and planned maintenance/inspection events, and implementation of the Scheduled Maintenance Plan. Coordinate planned maintenance and modification events. Implement scheduled inspection program for the region. Schedule facilities and resources for scheduled/planned events. Aircraft Scheduled Maintenance Tracking (Project). Assist with detachment planning & preparation. Implement and manage project management plans. Coordinate project task scheduling. Monitor and report assigned project status. Maintain and report EVMS data. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S Customs and Border Protection suitability clearance.
  • Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in aircraft production and/or maintenance control environment.
  • Must possess a valid State driver’s license.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to multiple sites in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License and Inspection Authorization preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical and associated systems of aircraft as applied to maintenance and modifications.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical language terms and writing skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
