About The Position
Universal Technical Institute is seeking an experienced aviation maintenance technician to become an Instructor. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of practical work experience in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staff
- A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace

- FAA A&P license is highly valued
Responsibilities

- Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions.
- Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students.
