About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Gulfstream aviation maintenance administrator to join our aviation maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of maintaining and repairing Gulfstreams. This role involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring all aircraft meet the highest safety and airworthiness standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 3+ years Gulfstream maintenance experience.
  • Experience with Gulfstream systems, including Rolls Royce engines, rotor systems, and avionics.
  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of maintaining Gulfstream in a business operator setting.
  • Gulfstream Factory training and flight safety schooling.
  • Experience with other Gulfstreams (G450,G550,G650).
  • Experience working in a Part 135 or Part 145 environment.
  • Experience with Garmin or Honeywell avionics systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient with maintenance tracking software and computer-based documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Gulfstream in accordance with manufacturer manuals, FAA regulations, and company procedures.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements on airframe, powerplant, and avionics systems specific to the Gulfstreams.
  • Use Gulfstreams maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and service bulletins to complete work accurately.
  • Perform daily, pre-flight, and post-flight inspections.
  • Document all maintenance actions in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA Part 43, Part 91, or Part 135 as applicable).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the hangar and on the flight line.
  • Collaborate with pilots, other mechanics, and management to ensure aircraft availability and operational readiness.
  • Assist with inventory management of parts and tools specific to the Gulfstreams.
