Why This Role Matters As Aviation Division Leader, you will: Set the Vision: Provide strategic direction for our Aviation team and align with RS&H’s national resources and initiatives. Drive Growth: Lead business development efforts, expand market share, and identify new opportunities for top-line growth. Build & Mentor: Recruit top talent, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Influence at the Highest Level: Work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the South-Central Division’s success. What You’ll Do Own the Division’s sales strategy and performance, including market expansion, geographical and revenue growth. Develop and execute business plans that position RS&H as a top-tier aviation consultant. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring excellence in project delivery. Collaborate with regional and national leadership to achieve ambitious financial and operational goals. Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within aviation infrastructure development
  • Established client relationships/marketing and business development experience
  • Strong supervisory skills and record of leading multiple/multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent organization and motivation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel across the Division to existing/potential Airport Clients
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
