Nice To Haves

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience in business administration, contract management, and/or finance a plus
Commitment to client service – support both internal and external clients preferred

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between Airport Department Project Managers, clients, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT)
Prepare, submit, and monitor federal and state grant application packages
Prepare/administer consultant and subconsultant agreements
Review invoices and submit to airport clients
Prepare, submit, and monitor federal payment requests, including federal financial annual reporting
Maintain client grant/financial records including project costs and submission to FAA and NYSDOT
Create/update Disadvantages Business Enterprise (DBE) programs and annual reports
Compile and prepare necessary documents to close out grants
Research FAA and NYSDOT procedures/regulations for compliance
