Aviation Administration-Crew Leader
About The Position
The purpose of this position is to lead, coordinate, assign, and monitor the daily activities of Aviation Maintenance and Custodial personnel responsible for maintaining airport terminal facilities and related infrastructure. This position oversees maintenance and housekeeping activities associated with terminal buildings, baggage handling systems, HVAC and chiller systems, passenger boarding bridges, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and airport support facilities. The Aviation Crew Leader ensures assigned personnel complete work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established airport maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. This position works under general supervision and exercises independent judgment in coordinating work assignments and responding to operational issues.
Requirements
- Experience in aviation maintenance and custodial services.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, assign, and monitor personnel.
- Knowledge of terminal building maintenance, baggage handling systems, HVAC and chiller systems, passenger boarding bridges, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
- Understanding of airport maintenance standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
