You will specialize in Avaya Aura (Communication Manager, Session Manager) and IP Office platforms to ensure high-quality, reliable communication services. This role involves optimizing IP telephony, managing SIP trunking, and supporting contact center technologies to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid U.S. Government security clearance.
