A strong understanding of Crestron, Poly, and Cisco AV endpoints, as well as familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Blue Jeans, and WebEx video conferencing platforms is required. Live event production and support experience, along with consistent and accurate AV inventory management, and real-time communication of any high-profile event issues are also essential.
