About The Position

We specialize in high-quality home technology systems including audio/video, networking, automation, surveillance, and motorized shades. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced A/V Installer / Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a professional, well-established company. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in residential or commercial low-voltage systems who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and deliver clean, organized installations.

Requirements

  • Low-voltage wiring experience
  • Home theater installation
  • Electrician or construction trade experience
  • Networking or IT experience
  • Shades or lighting control installation
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in A/V, low-voltage, or related field preferred
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Comfortable working on construction sites
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assemble, install, and terminate A/V equipment racks and head-end systems with clean, professional cable management
  • Install and configure audio/video systems including TVs, projectors, screens, speakers, and network equipment
  • Install and program control systems, lighting control, surveillance cameras, and motorized shades
  • Run and terminate low-voltage cabling in residential and commercial environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
  • Read and interpret system drawings, schematics, and plans
  • Communicate daily job progress and updates to the Project Manager
  • Maintain professional job site standards and documentation
