We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced A/V Installer / Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a professional, well-established company. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in residential or commercial low-voltage systems who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and deliver clean, organized installations.
Requirements
- Low-voltage wiring experience
- Home theater installation
- Electrician or construction trade experience
- Networking or IT experience
- Shades or lighting control installation
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in A/V, low-voltage, or related field preferred
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable working on construction sites
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Troubleshooting complex A/V systems
Responsibilities
- Plan, assemble, install, and terminate A/V equipment racks and head-end systems with clean, professional cable management
- Install and configure audio/video systems including TVs, projectors, screens, speakers, and network equipment
- Install and program control systems, lighting control, surveillance cameras, and motorized shades
- Run and terminate low-voltage cabling in residential and commercial environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
- Read and interpret system drawings, schematics, and plans
- Communicate daily job progress and updates to the Project Manager
- Maintain professional job site standards and documentation
