This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless audio-visual experiences for high-level executive meetings, conferences, events and direct executive support. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining AV systems (Primarily Microsoft Teams Room Equipment) tailored to the needs of both executive teams and select meeting rooms across our footprint. This position is also responsible for the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs), sound systems, video conferencing tools and executive PC equipment Design and implement audio-visual systems including MTRs and other relevant technology. Perform installation and setup of AV equipment, including MTR technology, sound systems, and video conferencing tools. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Configure and support AV systems to meet the specific requirements of executive, board meetings and events. Provide technical support and training for executives and their teams on AV and PC related systems. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with existing infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Intune, AV, MTR, and PC technologies Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
