About The Position

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless audio-visual experiences for high-level executive meetings, conferences, events and direct executive support. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining AV systems (Primarily Microsoft Teams Room Equipment) tailored to the needs of both executive teams and select meeting rooms across our footprint. This position is also responsible for the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of AV equipment such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs), sound systems, video conferencing tools and executive PC equipment Design and implement audio-visual systems including MTRs and other relevant technology. Perform installation and setup of AV equipment, including MTR technology, sound systems, and video conferencing tools. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Configure and support AV systems to meet the specific requirements of executive, board meetings and events. Provide technical support and training for executives and their teams on AV and PC related systems. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with existing infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Intune, AV, MTR, and PC technologies Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED required
  • 5-7 years Executive Support and/or Audio Visual Engineering roles required
  • Proven experience as an Audio-Visual Engineer or Executive Support Engineer.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support and training to executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred
  • Relevant certifications in AV technology or related fields are a plus.

  • The pay range for this role is $67,868.21 - $126,042.07 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
  • The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
