About The Position

This student position in the Auxiliary Accounting department within the CFO Division supports daily operations and special projects. Responsibilities include compiling financial data for report development, entering information into financial systems, compiling metrics, supporting department databases, and providing customer service to departments, colleges, and others. The supervisor seeks individuals who are excited to learn about financial operations and have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Be a current University of Florida student in good standing.
• Be majoring in a business-related field.
• Be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Organized approach and excellent time management skills.
• Prior customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Zoom; and Microsoft Teams.
