About The Position
The Autopac CSR is an essential part of the team, acting as the initial contact for clients and creating a positive, professional experience across all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or through email. This role supports clients with Autopac and Driver Licensing services, handles payments and policy transactions, and helps identify coverage options that align with individual needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a dedication to learning and taking on increasing responsibility as the role evolves.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Must possess a valid Manitoba driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record check is required.
Nice To Haves
- Level 1 insurance license
- IWS Certification
- Knowledge of the Acturis Broker Management System
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for clients.
