About The Position

Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomy programs in support of client strategy. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with US Navy operations
5+ years of experience with Special Operations or Supporting activities
5+ years of experience in advanced disruptive capabilities, including electronic and information warfare
Experience supporting autonomous system program management
Experience with unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) or unmanned surface vehicle (USV)
Experience in managing capability and technology development and implementation
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience working in unmanned or counter unmanned system policy analysis, acquisition, or integration
3+ years of experience with planning naval exercises, including operational and tactical-level planning
Ability to produce high quality deliverables for senior-level audiences
