Requirements

Valid U.S. Driver's License held continuously for at least 5 years
Excellent driving record with no major violations
Strong defensive driving skills and situational awareness
Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with technology and software systems
Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies
Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly reliable
Ability to follow structured testing procedures and operational guidelines

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles during testing and data collection activities
Drive up to 6 hours per shift in urban and highway environments
Monitor vehicle software systems while maintaining safe driving practices
Execute structured test scenarios including construction zones, roundabouts, heavy pedestrian traffic, and complex roadway conditions
Collect operational data and document vehicle performance
Identify, document, and report unusual vehicle behaviors and edge-case scenarios
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Ensure cameras, LiDAR, radar systems, and sensors remain clean and operational
Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and Operations Teams
Create clear written reports and provide verbal feedback regarding system performance
