About The Position
We're hiring Remote Assistance Operators to help monitor and support autonomous (self-driving) vehicles in real time. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing autonomous vehicle company and work with cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, technical support, fleet operations, teleoperations, systems monitoring, or a similar role
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Comfortable monitoring multiple live camera feeds
- Experience using Jira, YouTrack, or similar ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of U.S. traffic laws
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation technology
- IT, automotive, EV, avionics, military UAV, or network operations background
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Previous Remote Assistance, TeleOps, or video gaming experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor autonomous vehicles using live camera feeds
- Respond to vehicle issues using remote system tools
- Document events and interventions in Google Sheets and Notion
- Review completed trips and report unusual events
- Track operational performance and metrics
- Communicate important updates during shift handoffs
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) discussions
