About The Position

This is a part-time position for an Autonomous Vehicle Operator in Grand Rapids, MN, with flexible hours ranging from 12 to 30 hours per week. The role involves monitoring autonomous vehicles to ensure passenger safety, taking control of the vehicle when necessary, and reporting any unusual behavior or issues. The operator will follow safety procedures, answer passenger questions, provide customer service, complete daily reports using digital tools, and work independently while remaining alert. The position requires completion of 4-5 hours of online training and 5 days of in-person training before regular shifts begin.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of driving experience and clean driving record.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and reporting tools.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to assist passengers using wheelchairs.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
