About The Position
We are hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to help keep an autonomous vehicle fleet organized, maintained, and ready for operation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of automotive, fleet, service, or similar experience
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass background and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Willing to travel up to 50% if needed
Responsibilities
- Track vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Schedule vehicles for service
- Monitor fleet status and open repair issues
- Create and update work orders and service records
- Order and track vehicle parts
- Inspect repair orders for accuracy and quality
- Update reports, dashboards, and maintenance records
- Work with technicians, engineers, and operations teams
- Use Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and other tracking systems
