About The Position

Heavy Machinery Operator Morgan City, Louisiana Heavy Machinery Operator needed!!!!! $32 per hour Full Time Call 269-408-6738 for immediate interview Schedule not set yet possibly 4-12 hour days!! Were is seeking Heavy Machinery Operators to help operate and test large mining vehicles. In this role, you will safely drive 20-ton mining vehicles , inspect equipment, and provide feedback to engineering teams to help improve vehicle performance and safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of heavy machinery operating experience.
• Comfortable driving and backing large vehicles.
• Must live within 35 miles of Morgan City, Louisiana
• Must pass background check, road test, DOT drug test, MVR, and physical .
• Clean driving record with limited violations and no serious offenses.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with interest in advanced vehicle or autonomous technology .

Nice To Haves

• CDL A is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 20-ton mining vehicles and other fleet vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete DVIR reports.
• Report maintenance or performance issues.
• Support hardware and software testing of vehicles.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams.
• Follow all safety and compliance standards .
• Travel up to 50% for field testing and operations.
