Requirements

Demonstrated de-escalation skills in safety-critical situations where tensions are high.
Crisis management skills/experience
A clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience.
Comfort with technology and tools like laptops, GSuite, chrome OS
Stellar communication skills to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.
Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma
Must be able to type 40+ words per minute.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
Physical stamina for long hours of sitting.
At least 3 years of driving experience required
At least 1 year of 911 telecommunications experience or similar preferred
