About The Position

The Automotive Windshield Technician will perform mobile and fixed site installation and removal, and repair of auto glass in a wide variety of auto, light truck, and commercial vehicles. This role utilizes hand and power tools to remove moldings, wipers, mirrors, windshields, door glass, and back glass, minimizing any vehicle damage that could occur. The technician will also review the daily auto glass jobs itinerary to ensure replacement glass has arrived in good condition and additional parts/items for installations are on hand. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
At least two years of work experience
Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. regularly
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
Positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

National Glass Association (NGA) certification preferred
