About The Position

Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Window Tint Installer for our partner dealers in Hardeeville, South Carolina! This position requires someone who can consistently produce high-quality work with little to no supervision while maintaining dealership production standards. This is not an entry-level position. Previous professional automotive window tint installation experience is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience.
• Previous experience installing window tint in a dealership, automotive reconditioning center, or high-volume automotive shop.
• Proficient using a computerized plotter/cutter system (XPEL DAP, Core, Film Cut, Graphtec, Roland, or similar).
• Experience installing ceramic and dyed automotive window film.
• Strong understanding of film shrinking techniques and edge finishing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with XPEL, Llumar, SunTek, 3M, Avery, or STEK films.
• Paint Protection Film (PPF) experience.
• Vinyl wrap installation.
• Automotive detailing experience.
• Experience working in a dealership production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional window tint installations in a dealership environment.
• Consistently produce high-quality work with little to no supervision.
• Maintain dealership production standards.
• Independently measure, cut, heat shrink, and install film without supervision.
• Consistently produce clean, contamination-free installations.
• Meet daily production goals.
