About The Position

This role involves installing window tint and paint protection film on various automobiles using quality products and trusted techniques. The installer will also program and cut door edge protectors, take and ship paint protection product orders, and maintain communication to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards. Responsibilities include preparing windows for tinting, selecting appropriate tools and equipment, using shop software for job management, and utilizing a plotter for film cutouts, with hand-cutting as needed. The position requires adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations and maintaining an orderly work environment through cleaning and proper tool storage. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
At least two years of work experience
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Install window tint/ paint protection film on vendor, customer and dealership automobiles using quality products and the most trusted techniques for the best results.
Program and cut door edge protectors from paint protection film using supplied plotter
Take orders and ship paint protection products to locations locally and throughout the States
Remain in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards.
Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshield and apply primer before starting every tinting job.
Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job.
Use shop software system to enter, update and verify job information before, during and after each individual tint job.
Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film, paint protection film and cut tint film by hand when necessary.
Perform work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standards.
Help keep the shop and the rest of your work environment orderly by cleaning up after every job, putting tools and equipment back in their proper place and performing janitorial duties when needed.
