About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join their growing team as a Wheel & Interior Repair Technician. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers comprehensive, paid training. The role involves restoring vehicle interiors and wheels to like-new condition while building strong customer relationships. Technicians will travel to customer locations, including dealerships and auctions, to perform mobile repairs. The job offers unlimited, uncapped earning potential, cross-training opportunities, and a supportive team environment with potential for career growth into higher tech levels and management.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks and precision work.
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, climb, and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Auto painting, collision repair, refinishing, or related experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations including dealerships, auctions, and other automotive partners to perform mobile repairs.
- Repair cosmetic wheel damage including curb rash, scrapes, gouges, peeling finishes, oxidation, and bent wheels.
- Remove tires and wheels from vehicles as needed for repair and refinishing.
- Use sanding, grinding, painting, and refinishing techniques to restore wheels to like-new condition.
- Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
- Mix dyes and restore leather, vinyl, and other interior surfaces to like-new condition.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and promote our services.
