About The Position
In Expleo, we are looking for an EDS DVP Test Engineer to participate in vehicle development and validation projects, ensuring the conformity of the electrical/electronic architecture and compliance with customer quality requirements. The position includes E/E validation, DVP execution, electrical diagnostics, and technical report generation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Automotive DVP / Validation & Verification.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems (EDS).
- Experience in electrical diagnostics and fault analysis.
- Proficiency with laboratory tools: Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power supplies, Measurement and testing equipment.
- Fluent English level for working in international environments.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture and networks like CAN or LIN.
- Experience in E/E integration at vehicle level.
- Knowledge of OEM/Tier 1 validation processes.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
- Experience in generating and presenting technical validation reports.
Responsibilities
- Execute Design Verification Plan (DVP) activities and validation of E/E architectures.
- Validate ECUs, electrical, and electronic vehicle components.
- Analyze incidents and anomalies detected during integration and testing phases.
- Perform electrical and functional diagnostics on vehicles, prototypes, and test benches.
- Prepare validation reports and risk monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and the client to resolve problems.
- Support homologation, sign-off, and system release processes.
