About The Position

Westbrook Honda, a President's Award recipient for 5 consecutive years, is seeking to immediately hire for a part-time Porter/Valet position. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art, world-class facility. The Service Porter will assist the service department by managing customer flow during the check-in process, greeting customers, implementing the check-in procedure, and escorting them to a service advisor. Additionally, the Porter will be responsible for parking vehicles efficiently according to dealership policy and under the direction of the service manager to optimize the lot for service technicians. This role may also involve picking up or delivering customers using dealership vehicles as requested.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Professional personal appearance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the drive up area
Implement customer check in-process and escort the customer to a service advisor
Parks vehicles in accordance with policy and under the direction of service manager to ensure that the lot is optimized for service technicians
May pick-up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles.
