Requirements
- Proven experience turning serious hours – consistently 10+ FRH per day
- Drive to earn $100K+ per year
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Dealership or high-volume shop experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification a plus (but not required if you’ve got the skills)
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections and repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
- Accurately flag 10+ flat-rate hours daily with quality, efficient work
- Handle everything from reconditioning to major repairs
- Partner with advisors and used car management for fast and clean workflow
- Keep quality high and comebacks low
