About The Position

Tony's Muscle Cars is looking for a skilled Automotive Upholstery/Convertible Top Installation Technician to join our budding business in Hazleton, PA. You will be responsible for disassembling and restoring seat assemblies, repairing or welding seat frames and springs, and installing new seat covers. You will also remove and install convertible tops, weather stripping, spring kits, and hydraulic components. Additionally, you will adjust convertible tops and side glass for proper fit and create custom templates for trunk and interior work. The role requires collaboration with the team and the ability to move between tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive upholstery experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Commitment to safety and quality
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Woodworking experience
• Template design using cardboard or similar materials
• Custom interior fabrication experience
