Automotive Training Project Manager - Location: Troy, MI The Technical Training Project Management role is responsible for managing projects related to the development and delivery of automotive technical training to ensure contract deliverables are completed within quality, schedule, and budget requirements. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations, evaluate processes for continuous improvement, implement technology solutions, and manage training programs of a variety of size and complexity. Projects teams will vary in size from two to nine members and may include delivering training in a variety of formats. As a key representative of the company, this position will consistently maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external clients. Roles and responsibilities include: Lead the research, design, and development of training materials utilizing advanced techniques and technology driven solutions. Lead various training delivery networks by creating schedules, cross-training instructors, and delivering training sessions as needed. Conduct technical and program reviews with external clients and internal stakeholders, including program status to senior leaders. Create process workflows, operations manuals, statement of works, and contract documents. Project financial management including full P&L for assigned programs.
