Sunset Automotive Group, one of Southwest Florida's largest and most respected automotive groups, is seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at our Sarasota location on Bee Ridge Road. With 10 franchises across 11 locations in Sarasota and Manatee counties, we offer the stability and professionalism of a large organization while maintaining the close-knit, community-focused culture of a local business. About the Role As our Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a key administrative role in supporting dealership operations. You'll be responsible for processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, detailed paperwork, and being an essential part of a collaborative office team.
Requirements
- Prior administrative or office experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Comfort working with accounting software and dealership systems
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of paperwork
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
- Flexibility and reliability in a professional office setting
Nice To Haves
- Automotive title experience strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of dealership title experience (preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds systems (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Processing vehicle title transfers for all dealership transactions, including some out-of-state titles.
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of title transfers.
