About The Position

Greenway Automotive is seeking for a highly motivated Tags and Title Clerk for our location in Franklin, TN! The ideal candidate must have two years of experience in a similar position. Candidates must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.

Requirements

• Automotive Title Work: 2 years
• Prior title work experience required
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly professional and dependable
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Dealership accounting, CDK, Dealer DMV experience helpful
• Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Out of state Title processing
• Updating notes in the system
• Tracking completed work
• Print customer’s registrations
• Provide tag & tile work support to guests, management and employees as needed
• Stay abreast of title regulations.
• Provides assistance and support to accounting personnel
• Performs other duties as assigned
