About The Position

Greenway Automotive is seeking for a highly motivated Tags and Title Clerk for our location in Franklin, TN! The ideal candidate must have two years of experience in a similar position. Candidates must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.

Requirements

Automotive Title Work: 2 years
Prior title work experience required
Current, valid driver’s license
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly professional and dependable
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Excellent telephone skills
Strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Dealership accounting, CDK, Dealer DMV experience helpful

Responsibilities

Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
Out of state Title processing
Updating notes in the system
Tracking completed work
Print customer’s registrations
Provide tag & tile work support to guests, management and employees as needed
Stay abreast of title regulations.
Provides assistance and support to accounting personnel
Performs other duties as assigned
