Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive titling is required.
You must be organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proven experience in title processing or related administrative roles is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with state laws.
Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy before title issuance.
Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related paperwork.
Collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely processing of vehicle sales documents.
Stay updated on changes in title regulations and procedures.
