About The Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join their team in the Bethlehem, PA area. This role involves installing new tires and wheels, and performing tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicles operate safely. The position offers competitive, guaranteed base compensation with additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations. They provide paid training for individuals with no prior experience needed. Eligible technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments totaling up to $800 during the introductory period.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to work 5 days each week
